Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our items are custom-made, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders

Since custom orders are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a custom item that doesn't match your order or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll make it right.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

We're happy to work with you on exchanges for size or style if needed. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss exchange options.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at pharai.jo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
